Silent Saturday
On Saturdays, we’ll be exploring silence. Silence can be worship. (Habakuk 2:20) Most of us are unfamiliar and uncomfortable with silence, so we need to work up to that. Today, set a timer for 1 minute. Close your eyes and just be. Be aware of your own breathing. Can you hear your own heartbeat in your head? Do you feel the air on your skin? When the timer goes off thank God for the body He has given you to live within.
